We realize you have lots of options when choosing a car care center.

Consequently, we would like personally thank you for your patronage.

It is our mission to do our part to keep you and yours on the road safely. To do what others in this industry often fail to do: LISTEN to your concerns and focus on your needs, without compromising our reputation for providing quality auto repair you can trust.

Every repair is back by a 12 month (or) 12',000 mile parts and labor warranty.*

Please help us to help you manage your maintenance cost by allowing us to do the job right the first time and not asking us to cut corners.

 

*Engine and transmission warranties vary by manufacturer and are generally greater than 12 months (or) 12,000 miles.

We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau to help build a more reliable and accountable profile for our clientele.

Special Order Purchases Notice

All special order purchases are to be paid in full PRIOR to being ordered, there be NO EXCEPTIONS made for this policy.

Refunds will only ever be given on special orders when either of the following incidents occur:

  • (A) The part arrived damaged and cannot be re-ordered within a reasonable timeline

​

  • (B) We ordered incorrectly and assume the logistical responsibility.

2BA Labor Rates

Diagonsis Fee (Waivable):          $150

EVERY vehicle is assessed a 1 Hour fee for diagnosis. If the required work is completed at our shop within 30 Days of diagnosis, we will apply that fee as a credit to the invoice of the final bill. 

Standard Rate:      $150.00 per hour

When using parts in our inventory supplied by our wholesale vendors.

Secondary Rate:      $175.00 per hour

When bringing outside parts sourced instead by the client.
